What motivated you to become a therapist?
After being a teacher, I decided to become a therapist after benefitting from the amazing and uplifting results of holistic therapies. I felt that I needed to be able to share this with others.
What do you like best about the therapy you provide?
Meeting people from all walks of life, and both supporting and encouraging them to find positive ways to enhance their own emotional and physical wellbeing.
Tell us one fun/interesting fact?
I take part in lots of charity runs and in 2019, I decided to take part in a 60 mile charity bike ride (I didn’t really like cycling but felt it would be a good challenge!).
